A Soldier’s Moment - “Cadet”

2013, registered Half Welsh gelding, 15.1hh

Cadet was the first and only horse born on the property.  He was a fulfillment of an item on Julie's bucket list: to have a foal from start to finish. Cadet was so named because he was born on Memorial Day - the time and date of which Tom predicted - and we were all there for the special moment.  His dam, Maggie (pictured below), was an absolutely terrific mother and Cadet is such great fun.  Cadet is ridden and drives both single and pair.
